Overview
The Customisation Course is a foundation course to show application developers how to customise Supportworks applications. By the end of the Customisation Course, the student will know how to configure most elements of a Supportworks application to a high degree, using the Supportworks Enterprise product.
The Customisation Course is the first of a series of courses, which will enable developers to become fully-accredited Supportworks Application Developers, able to create, customise and maintain entire service management applications.
Accreditation levels
This course is part of an accreditation programme, and involves continuous assessment, homework, and an examination. After successfully completing the course, developers will be accredited as intermediate Supportworks Application Developers.
Further courses will allow trainees to progress further along the accreditation path, to advanced and expert levels.

This course is designed for Supportworks application developers who are interested in customising Supportworks, and in progressing towards developing complete service management applications.

• System Administrators Course
• A good understanding of databases
• A solid foundation in SQL
