Out-of-the-box Integration Connectors

A number of pre-packaged integration connectors are available to enable integration with some of the most common Enterprise Automation, Data, Network Management and Productivity solutions.

The Assetworks Discovery Connector is a prefabricated integration module that provides seamless integration of Supportworks with Assetworks Discovery 4.0. The integration provides access to all of the inventory and asset data available within Assetworks, as well as providing automated synchronisation of data collected by the Assetworks discovery process with data held in the Supportworks Asset table and/or CMDB.
Supportworks ESP integrates with the core MS Office products such as Word and Excel. Designed to enhance productivity, the integration is designed to enable Supportworks users to export information to Excel, automate document construction through Word for letter writing, invoicing and other written communications, all of which can be automatically stored within the Supportworks database for future reference.
The LANDesk 8.x Connector is a prefabricated integration module that provides seamless integration of Supportworks with LANDesk Management Suite 8.x. The integration provides access to various LANDesk features through the Supportworks user interface, as well as providing automated synchronisation of data collected by the LANDesk discovery process with data held in the Supportworks Asset table and/or CMDB.
The Centennial Connector is a prefabricated integration module that provides seamless integration of Supportworks with the Centennial Repository. The integration provides access to the Centennial inventory through the Supportworks user interface, as well as providing automated synchronisation of data collected by the Centennial discovery process with data held in the Supportworks Asset table and/or CMDB.
The QAS Connector provides seamless integration with QuickAddress, the UK's leading address management solution. The integration connector supports both V3.x and V4.x product ranges. Once the integration is enabled, speedy address capture, including type-down operation (in V4 only) is available directly through the Supportworks user interface.
The Altiris Connector gives access to the data and tools provided by Altiris DS through the Supportworks interface and provides automated synchronisation of assets between Altiris and the Supportworks Asset Database. The Altiris Carbon Copy Remote Control tool can also be invoked through Supportworks to remote control applications for managing and supporting network and mobile-based users, enabling helpdesks to support more customers without expanding numbers of helpdesk staff.
The Novell connector gives you access to the data and tools provided by Novell ZENWorks through the Supportworks interface and provides automated synchronisation of assets between ZENWorks and the Supportworks Asset Database.
The Microsoft SMS connector gives you access to the data and tools provided by Microsoft SMS through the Supportworks interface and provides automated synchronisation of assets between SMS and the Supportworks Asset Database.
