| The Assetworks Discovery Connector is a prefabricated integration module that provides seamless integration of Supportworks with Assetworks Discovery 4.0. The integration provides access to all of the inventory and asset data available within Assetworks, as well as providing automated synchronisation of data collected by the Assetworks discovery process with data held in the Supportworks Asset table and/or CMDB.

| The Altiris Connector gives access to the data and tools provided by Altiris DS through the Supportworks interface and provides automated synchronisation of assets between Altiris and the Supportworks Asset Database. The Altiris Carbon Copy Remote Control tool can also be invoked through Supportworks to remote control applications for managing and supporting network and mobile-based users, enabling helpdesks to support more customers without expanding numbers of helpdesk staff.
